One-on-One Coaching
This is for Christian women who want individualized coaching support for deeper, more focused transformation in a specific season of life.
The Real Problem
You don’t need more tools.
You don’t need to try harder.
And you don’t need to become a different version of yourself.
What most women actually need is stability — not the kind that comes from control, but the kind that comes from learning how to stay present with themselves and with God under pressure.
Many of the women I work with are faithful, insightful, and deeply committed to growth — and yet still find themselves:
- emotionally reactive when things feel uncertain
- overwhelmed by responsibility
- anxious about “getting it right”
- disconnected from their own authority
- unsure how to trust themselves in real time
This work exists for the moment when awareness alone is no longer enough — and you’re ready to live from what you already know.
What is happening in Coaching?
One-on-one sessions are a space for formation, integration, and embodied discernment. This is not advice-giving. This is not fixing. This is not outsourcing your authority.
Instead, we work slowly and intentionally to help you: strengthen inner safety, access agency under pressure, separate responsibility from shame, stay present when emotions rise, discern God’s movement without panic or over-spiritualizing, and lead yourself with dignity and clarity.
The goal is not emotional control. The goal is inner coherence — where your thoughts, emotions, body, and spirit begin moving in the same direction under God’s leadership.

What to Expect in a Session
Each session is a listening and discerning space where we attend to:
- what is happening internally
- what is being revealed (not fixed)
- what is yours to steward — and what is not
- how God is already present and moving
Sessions may include:
- guided reflection and noticing
- embodied awareness
- gentle practices that build capacity
- prayerful listening
- integration of lived experience
There is no formula, no performance, or pressure to progress quickly.
A Note on Support and Dependency
Coaching has a set goal and endpoint. My goal is not to have you dependent on me.
My hope is to help you deepen your connection with God so that you and He can work through life’s challenges together. This work is meant to equip you, strengthen your discernment, and support you in living from inner stability — not to replace your authority or responsibility.
Some women come for a single session during a season of discernment.
Others return periodically as support is needed.
If you find yourself wanting ongoing, long-term accompaniment focused primarily on noticing God’s movements over time, I often recommend spiritual direction, which offers a slower, contemplative rhythm of listening.

Deeper Relationship with God
During my time with Kimberly, she has lovingly pointed me towards a deeper relationship with God. She is discerning, insightful, and genuine. She creates a safe space to be vulnerable and always invites the Holy Spirit for guidance, comfort, and direction. Through working with her I’ve seen lies I believed replaced with truth, anxiety replaced with peace, and brokenness replaced with healing.

1-on-1 Coaching FAQs
What is the difference between 1-0n-1 coaching and group coaching?
One-on-one coaching is a private, individualized space focused on your specific patterns, pressures, and discernment process. Sessions move at your pace and are shaped entirely around what is present for you.
Group coaching offers shared teaching, reflection, and support in a communal setting. It is more economical and content-rich, but less personalized. Group spaces are designed for learning and integration, not deep individual processing.
If you are navigating something tender, complex, or highly personal, one-on-one coaching is usually the better fit. If you are looking for structure, language, and shared formation, group coaching may be sufficient.
Do you have a money back guarantee?
14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
I want you to feel confident saying yes to this work. If you complete your first paid session and, within 14 days, you genuinely feel the session was not supportive or aligned with what you were expecting, you may request a full refund.
A few important notes:
• The guarantee applies after attending the session (not to missed or unused sessions).
• It is available for first-time clients only.
• It does not apply to repeat clients, as you are already familiar with my approach and discernment style.
This guarantee exists to remove risk — not to override the relational nature of the work. If something feels misaligned, I would much rather you leave feeling respected and free than pressured to continue.
Is this therapy, counseling, or spiritual direction?
No. This work is not therapy or clinical counseling. Coaching sessions focus on formation, integration, and discernment — helping you strengthen inner safety, agency, and alignment with God. We are not diagnosing, treating mental health conditions, or working through trauma in a clinical way.
If you are looking for long-term accompaniment specifically focused on noticing God’s movement over time, spiritual direction may be a better fit. I’m happy to help you discern what kind of support would serve you best.
Do you give advice or tell me what to do?
No. This work is not advice-giving, problem-solving, or directive. The goal is not to outsource your authority or decision-making.
Instead, we slow down together to help you:
– notice what is happening internally
– discern what is yours to steward
– recognize where God is already present and inviting you
At times, I may share how I have approached similar questions in my own life, or name the kinds of questions I might bring to God in a situation like yours. This is never offered as a prescription, but as a way to widen perspective and support discernment.
Any action that emerges is responsive and grounded, not prescriptive. The aim is alignment — not compliance
How long of a commitment do I need to make?
There is no long-term commitment required. Some people come for a single session to gain clarity around a specific situation. Others choose to work together for a season because formation and integration take time.
I generally recommend committing to at least 4 sessions if you want space to slow down, notice patterns, and begin practicing new ways of responding. That said, you are always free to pause, continue, or adjust as needed.
This work is meant to support freedom, not create obligation. You are never locked into something that no longer feels aligned.
If someone wants ongoing, long-term (1 yr plus) accompaniment focused on discernment and formation, I typically recommend spiritual direction rather than coaching.
How often do sessions take place?
Session frequency is flexible and depends on your needs and capacity.
Most clients choose to meet: weekly, every other week, or monthly.
We will discuss pacing during your first session and adjust as needed.
What if I’m not sure this is right for me?
That’s exactly why I offer a free 15-minute consultation.
This call is a low-pressure space to ask questions, share what you’re navigating, and discern whether this work — and this season — is a good fit. There is no obligation to continue.
