A Journey to begin developing your friendship with God

Have you ever said things like…

I just need a spouse/pet/community and it will all be fine.

Well you’re in good company. That is actually what got me started on this journey. I told God I just needed community. He responded ever so kindly, “You don’t need community. You need ME.” Today I live happy and thriving regardless of what comes my way and so can you.

I hate my job...I can't ever seem to find the right fit.

The truth is, it isn’t your job. Paul talked about how he learned to be content in all circumstances. You can too!

I just can't with God...He's let me down one too many times.

Boy don’t I hear you! If it wasn’t a major disappointment, it felt like I was dying by a thousand paper cuts. Through growing in friendship with Him, I have learned how to breakthrough and process the pain instead of sit there in it. It has made all the difference…so. can. you.

How in the world can I be friends with a God I can't touch? Is He still speaking?

God is always speaking but often there is too much noise in our lives for us to truly hear Him. Perhaps you’re trying but you don’t know what you’re listening for. In this 10 week journey you will not only begin to hear God, you’ll deepen your relationship in a way you didn’t know was possible.

If that sounds like you join us. We begin June 3!

Kimberly is the author of “Friendship with God: The Invitation to a Life of Adventure, Satisfaction, and Transformation. She is also a successful entrepreneur, mentor/coach, and an artist. She has been in church leadership for 10+ years and though she loves doing these things, she also loves a good chat over a yummy cup of coffee.

I had the blessing working through “Becoming a Friend of God” with Kimberly. She has the gift to take a topic which seems intangible and make it practical! Her ability to communicate and provide opportunity for application was a fun and effective approach of reaching into the supernatural. She seeks the Lord with more intention than almost anyone I know. Do yourself a favor and set your intention to become a better friend with Him! You won’t be disappointed!

During my time with Kimberly, she has lovingly pointed me towards a deeper relationship with God. She is discerning, insightful, and genuine. She creates a safe space to be vulnerable and always invites the Holy Spirit for guidance, comfort, and direction. Through working with her I’ve seen lies I believed replaced with truth, anxiety replaced with peace, and brokenness replaced with healing.
